Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Times
- Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive a second email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates (United States)
We offer standard and expedited shipping options across the contiguous U.S.

Note: Free shipping thresholds are calculated on the order subtotal after any discounts or promotional codes are applied.
3. Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at support@goddesslife.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@goddesslife.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will send out a replacement immediately.
- Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Goddess Life is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the buyer.
